- to be honest you could do that for 3 hours and not get
good abs...its all about how you eat...getting abs is mainly down to weight loss...running,swimming etc

- Dude this workouts great, as long as you eat healthy, get
your protien from fish, chicken, or eggs (low in fat high in protien) you can absolutely get a 6 pack from this workout. But dont forget your cardio!

- i am a mum of a 3 year old boy and after my baby, my stomach
is quite flat but needs to be more toned as i still have a bit of fat and a little loose skin. Will doin this video and cardio (i plan to do swimming), help me to get rid of the last bit of flab and really tone my stomach?

No. Only cardio can burn fat. This would
be running, swimming, walking - something that makes your heart beat.

doing a lot for you, you'll burn more lifting a few reps or jogging and biking, alright gang
